Good interview.  He's either going to move at a rapid pace or be the next Antonio Johnson.  Who knows?

Well if he's signed to another promotional deal and has a $3k minimum per 4 rounder (rumored) guarantee then that's going to be a tough thing to accomplish.

Nice profile Mystic...I think Starks has a promising career ahead of him and he has the talent to win some big fights.  Hopefully he gets a nice promotional deal.

So, if I can ask a dumb question here--how do these promotional deals work? Top Rank or TKO sign him for so many fights and those fights all have a minimum of how much he will make? So, if it is 3K, then doesnt that rule out a majority of cards out there? Or would the promotional company make up the difference?

I'm not at all familiar with the specifics of promotional deals, but am curious.
